On October 30, Sinopec Corp. announced its unaudited results for 2017 third quarter ended September 30, 2017.

In accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the Company's operating profit for the first three quarters was RMB 55.757 billion, up by 8.4% over the same period last year. Net profit attributable to equity shareholders of the Company was RMB 39.404 billion, up by 30.9% over the same period last year. Basic earnings per share were RMB 0.325, up by 30.5% over the same period last year.
